CYOR LLC uses member information to provide secure accounts, licensing, billing, downloads, support, referrals, and community features. CYOR does not sell personal information.

Information collected

CYOR may collect your name, email address, authentication records, subscription and payment status, referral activity, support messages, reviews, presets, download history, MT5 account number and server, approved-computer or installation identifiers, license activity, browser and device information, IP address, and security logs. Stripe handles payment-card details; CYOR does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate members, issue and enforce licenses, bind authorized computers and MT5 accounts, deliver releases, process subscriptions, prevent sharing and fraud, answer support requests, operate referrals and community features, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

CYOR uses service providers including Weebly, Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Porkbun email services, and authentication or analytics providers needed to operate the service. These providers process information under their own terms and security practices.

Retention and security

CYOR retains information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for licensing, security, disputes, tax, and legal records. Access controls, encryption in transit, audit records, and account verification reduce risk, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information and may cancel future subscription renewals. Some records must be retained for fraud prevention, licensing history, transactions, or legal obligations. Send requests to support@cyorinc.com.

Children and changes

CYOR services are not directed to anyone under 18. CYOR may update this notice as the service changes and will post the effective date on this page.
