Terms of Use

These terms govern access to CYOR websites, member accounts, software, downloads, subscriptions, and community features provided by CYOR LLC.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Keep your login, license key, passkey, MT5 account information, and devices secure. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Trials, plans, and billing

The seven-day trial does not charge automatically. Paid access begins only after you choose a plan and complete checkout. Paid subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until canceled. Prices, features, and plan availability are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.

License and permitted use

CYOR grants the paying member a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the software on authorized MT5 accounts and approved computers for personal trading activity. You may not sell, share, redistribute, sublicense, publish, decompile, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, remove identifiers, or use CYOR access to provide unauthorized signals or copies to another person.

Updates and availability

Software, supported brokers, features, modes, data, and downloads may change as CYOR improves the service. Internet, broker, MT5, payment, and third-party outages can affect access. CYOR may suspend access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security risks, or violation of these terms.

Community content

You keep ownership of content you submit. By sharing a preset, review, or description, you allow CYOR to display and distribute that content through the community service. Do not upload license keys, account credentials, private data, unlawful content, or material you do not have permission to share.

No performance promise

CYOR does not promise profit, funding, approval by a prop firm, or any particular trading outcome. The separate Trading Risk Disclosure is part of these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CYOR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid to CYOR for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
